Our company manages several hundred rental units in and around Ashland County. We provide a full range of services including, but not limited to, screening perspective tenants, leasing properties, collecting rents, processing payables, receivables and reports for our property owners as well as providing maintenance services for our properties.


We also are a real estate sales office. Our agents can list and/or sell any property you might be interested in. Because of our small size we are able to give each of our listings exceptional service! Each property receives prominent and continuous advertising and we pride ourselves in keeping our customers well informed of the progress we are making.


With our deep involvement in the rental business, we are in a prime position to help anyone interested in learning more about this area of investment in the Ashland area.


We act as staff for the Ashland Apartment Association. This Association was established in 1988 and consists of a large group of landlords who share information and ideas about the rental business. The main objective of the Ashland Apartment Association is to help members be successful in their landlord endeavors by offering tenant screening tools, eviction records, informative newsletters and general meetings to share ideas and information.

our history

We were founded in 1981 by Adrian Bauer. Although retired, he continues to serve as Predisent. He received his real estate license in 1979 and his broker's license in 1981. He was named the Broker of the Year in 1992 and served as the President of the Board of Realtors in 1993. After completing courses in property management, the National Apartment Association designated Mr. Bauer a CERTIFIED APARTMENT MANAGER. Along with other landlords, he helped to establish the Ashland Apartment Association and has served as it's president since 1991. In retirement, has is enjoying time his friends and family, two adult children and four grandchildren.
