MANAGEMENT


Our company manages several hundred rental units in and around Ashland County. We provide a full range of services including, but not limited to, screening perspective tenants, leasing properties, collecting rents, processing payables, receivables and reports for our property owners as well as providing maintenance services for our properties.

SALES


We also are a real estate sales office. Our agents can list and/or sell any property you might be interested in. Because of our small size we are able to give each of our listings exceptional service! Each property receives prominent and continuous advertising and we pride ourselves in keeping our customers well informed of the progress we are making.

With our deep involvement in the rental business, we are in a prime position to help anyone interested in learning more about this area of investment in the Ashland area.

 

our history

We were founded in 1982 by Adrian Bauer. He received his real estate license in 1979 and his broker's license in 1981. He was named the Broker of the Year in 1992 and served as the President of the Board of Realtors in 1993. After completing courses in property management, the National Apartment Association designated Mr. Bauer a CERTIFIED APARTMENT MANAGER. Along with other landlords, he helped to establish the Ashland Apartment Association and served as it's president for twenty years. In retirement,  he is enjoying time with his friends and family, two adult children and four grandchildren.
