Adrian Bauer

Adrian is the president of Bauer Management Realty which he founded in 1981. He received his real estate license in 1979 and his broker's license in 1981. He was named the Broker of the Year in 1992 and served as the President of the Board of Realtors in 1993. After completing courses in property management, the National Apartment Association designated Mr. Bauer a CERTIFIED APARTMENT MANAGER. Along with other landlords, he helped to establish the Ashland Apartment Association and has served as it's president since 1991. Although retired, Adrian continues to be involved in the daily operations of Bauer Management Realty while traveling and spending time with his two adult children and four grandchildren.

Ginger Jackson

Ginger began working for Bauer Management Realty in February of 2008. She began as an office assistant and worked diligently to advance within the agency.  She received her real estate license in 2011 and her Broker's license in 2017.   Currently, Ginger manages all aspects of the business operations.  She is an invaluable asset to not only our employees but also to our owners, tenants and investors alike.

Bobbie Shelton

Bobbie joined our team in December 2011.  She started out as a support staff person and has worked her way up within the company.  Currently, her primary focus is processing applications which includes performing thorough background checks on perspective tenants, preparing leases and processing move-ins. She is also training to take over some accounting within the office.  Bobbie received her real estate license in 2015 and is a vital part of our team!

Stacy Schneeg

Stacy joined our team in June of 2017.  She is a valuable member of our office who has cross trained in all front office positions so that she can be as productive as possible within the agency.  She currently handles our internet marketing, print advertising, processing move-outs and providing excellent customer service to our many customers.  We look forward to continuing her growth in years to come!

Courtney Miszczak

Courtney is the newest member of our team and we are so delighted to have her!  She started working in June of 2019 and is quickly learning her way around the office.  Her primary focus is collecting rents, keeping up with all areas of tenant relations and welcoming all clients and customers to our office.  We are so excited to see what the future brings for Courtney!

Daniel C. Kettering

Dan serves as the accountant for Bauer Management Realty and processes our payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable and data entry. He generates monthly and year end reports for our property owners and has been with the company since 2004.

Lawrence Benner

Lawrence works full time in our maintenance department and specializes in light remodeling. He has worked at Bauer Management Realty since 1997 and has over 21 years of experience.

Dan Pritt

Dan joined our staff in 2012 and works full time in our maintenance department. Dan has worked in the construction industry for nearly 20 years and has his Electrical Journeyman's Certificate.
