how to rent from us

  1. Print the application form below (the Adobe triangle swirl button). Note: Depending on your browser, you may need Acrobat Reader to view and print the application.
     

  2. Complete all information and sign. All adult applicants must sign. Each unmarried adult must complete a separate application. All fields on the application are required. Incomplete application will not be processed.
     

  3. Additional documentation: Make copies of your driver’s license and last pay stub or proof of income.
      

  4. Mail or Bring the application and additional documentation to Bauer Management Realty together with the application fee of $25.

  5. Processing: We will process it as quickly as possible once we receive a completed application, additional documentation and the application fee. Please be aware that we most definitely do check landlord references, employment, income sources, law enforcement records and credit rating.
     

  6. Leasing: If you application is approved, you will be invited to the office to lease the property. At that time, you'll pay initial rent and security deposit. We will provide instructions regarding the amount because you will be paying a pro-rated first month. Only the initial payment can be made by credit card (Regular rent payments can be made by cash, check or money order). You will have a sit-down with our leasing team to go over the lease and sign, ensuring you understand everything in it. You will be given instructions for transferring applicable utilities into your name. Once complete, arrangements will be made for receiving the keys to your new apartment.
