Adrian Bauer

Adrian is the president of Bauer Management Realty which he founded in 1981. He received his real estate license in 1979 and his broker's license in 1981. He was named the Broker of the Year in 1992 and served as the President of the Board of Realtors in 1993.

Along with other landlords, he helped to establish the Ashland Apartment Association and has served as it's president since 1991.

Mary Koleno

Mary is the Vice President and full time manager of Bauer Management Realty. She began working with Bauer Management in 1990 as receptionist and leasing agent. In 1993 she received her real estate license and in 1995 received her broker's license. In addition, she has completed numerous courses in real estate management.

Blake Longsdorf

Blake is the Human Resources manager for Bauer Management Realty. He started working for Bauer during the summers when he was in high school and throughout his college years. In 2007 he was hired on as human resources manager and deals with all of our personnel issues. Blake received his real estate license from Hondros College in 2008.

Loretta Leaver

Loretta serves as our leasing agent and is one of our real estate sales people. She began working for Bauer Management Realty in 2000 and in 2001 she received her real estate license from Hondros College.

Ginger Ajian

Ginger is the newest addition to our crew. She began working for Bauer Management Realty in 2008 as receptionist, concentrating in accounts receivable and collections.

Daniel C. Kettering

Dan serves as the accountant for Bauer Management Realty and processes our payroll, accounts payables, receivables and data entry. He generates monthly and year end reports for our property owners and has been with the company since 2004.

Lawrence Benner

Lawrence works full time in our maintenance department and specializes in light remodeling. He has worked at Bauer Management Realty since 1997 and has over 21 years of experience.

Brian Gray

Brian works full time in our maintenance department. He began working with Bauer Management in 2007 and has worked in the construction industry for over 30 years.
