1. Download the application form below and print it.
    
2. Complete all information and sign. All adult applicants must sign. All unrelated adults must complete their own application and pay their own application fee.
    
3. Make copies of your driver’s license and last pay stub or proof of income.
     
4. Mail or bring the application and copies to Bauer Management Realty together with the application fee. Each unrelated adult must pay $20. A married couple pays $20.

Once we receive a completed application together with the application fee, we will process it as quickly as possible. Please be aware that we will check landlord references, employment, income sources, law enforcement records and credit rating. All fields on the application are required. An incomplete application will be returned.
